Leads a team of sales executives and owns the team's results.
Responsibilities
- Assigns leads and areas to each team member.
- Coaches new hires: joins their first viewings, reviews call recordings, and corrects how they advise visitors.
- Tracks the team's contracts and close rate, and finds where leads are being lost.
- Reports back to the product team where the system is slowing the team down.
Requirements
- Has worked directly in rental sales and closed contracts themselves.
- Knows how to coach people, not just hand out targets.
- Can read reports and spreadsheets.
Nice to have
- Has managed a team of three or more.
- Already has a network of landlords.
