Responsibilities
- Schedules and publishes posts on Facebook, TikTok, and other channels.
- Replies to comments and messages during business hours, and hands off serious leads to the sales team.
- Tracks which posts bring in leads and adjusts content accordingly.
Requirements
- Writes concisely, spells correctly, and matches the tone of each platform.
- Replies quickly and stays calm with difficult comments.
- Comfortable using a phone to shoot and publish content.
Nice to have
- Has personally run a channel with a real following.
- Can do basic short-video editing.
