Owns all operations of the buildings in an assigned area.
Responsibilities
- Manages the portfolio of buildings and rooms in the assigned area.
- Coordinates the operations team, repair technicians, and room handover schedules.
- Tracks occupancy rate, receivables, and operating costs for the area.
- Resolves disputes between tenants and landlords at the area level.
Requirements
- Has managed rental operations and been accountable for the numbers.
- Can make decisions with incomplete information.
- Can read and understand lease contracts and fee terms.
Nice to have
- Has experience managing multiple buildings at once.
- Understands fire-safety and temporary residence registration regulations.
