Product Designer (UI/UX)

Designs screens for tenants, agents, and the operations team.
Responsibilities
- Designs interfaces in Figma, mobile-first.
- Maintains a shared component system so screens stay consistent.
- Sits with developers during the build and fixes parts of the design that don't hold up.
- Watches real users and revises based on what they actually do, not what the designer assumed.
Requirements
- Has a portfolio showing screens that shipped in a real product.
- Strong in Figma and knows how to hand off files to developers correctly.
- Understands tap targets, font size, and contrast on mobile.
Nice to have
- Has designed dense data tables for an admin area.
- Can write UI copy.
