Finds landlords with vacant rooms and lists their rooms on the platform.
Responsibilities
- Finds and approaches landlords and building owners with rooms for rent.
- Agrees on price, fees, and the terms of cooperation.
- Hands off the information to the operations team to photograph and list the room.
- Stays in touch with the landlord throughout the partnership.
Requirements
- Confident approaching strangers and negotiating terms.
- Understands how fees are calculated in room rental.
- Keeps thorough notes instead of holding information in their head.
Nice to have
- Has worked in market development or real estate brokerage.
- Knows the Gò Vấp, Bình Thạnh, Quận 12, and Tân Bình areas.
