Takes in visitor requirements, picks matching rooms, and guides them through viewings up to signing.
Responsibilities
- Takes in leads from the hotline, Zalo, and ad channels.
- Matches rooms to the visitor's needs and budget, and schedules viewings.
- Follows a tenant through to signing the contract and handing over the room.
- Updates lead status in the system so the whole team can see it.
Requirements
- Comfortable being out on the road and knows their way around the city.
- Can handle evening and weekend viewing schedules.
- Communicates clearly and never promises something a room doesn't have.
Nice to have
- Has worked as a rental agent or in direct sales.
- Has their own motorbike.
