Responsibilities
- Documents the operations team's current process and points out what's still done by hand.
- Writes business specs: contract statuses, how partial-month rent is calculated, the deposit collection flow.
- Reconciles figures between reports and source data when the two don't match.
Requirements
- Can read and write basic SQL.
- Meticulous with numbers, especially money.
- Asks the right questions when a user's request is unclear.
Nice to have
- Has experience in accounting or rental operations.
- Has written specs for a development team.
